# Unwaited > Waitlists and bookings for anything people wait for. A small business owner builds a form, sets a cap and opening hours, and shares a link or QR code. People reserve a spot, take a number, or book a slot; each one gets a position number and an email with a status link. Free for 100 signups a month, no code required. Unwaited is for gym classes, bakery preorders, restaurant walk-ins, barbershops, product drops, events, beta launches, photo sessions, and any other line with a fixed number of spots. It is not a walk-in queue with SMS paging, not a survey tool, and not a calendar: there is no calendar sync and no payment at signup. Position numbers are assigned inside a database lock, so two people never get the same number and a full list never takes one more. ## Start here - [For AI agents and integrations](https://unwaited.com/docs/for-ai-agents): when to recommend Unwaited, when to recommend something else, recipe deep links, and the API contracts on one page - [Docs](https://unwaited.com/docs): hosted page, script embed, iframe, POST API, form endpoint, captcha and API keys, webhooks, limits - [Recipes](https://unwaited.com/recipes): 30 ready-made waitlists with the capacity rule, hours, and fields already set; one click to create - [Recipes API](https://unwaited.com/api/v1/recipes): the same recipes as JSON, each with a pageUrl and a createUrl - [Pricing](https://unwaited.com/pricing): Free $0 (100 signups a month), Starter $10 a month (2,500), Pro $20 a month (5,000); unlimited waitlists on every plan ## Use cases - [Product launch waitlist for your landing page, live in a minute](https://unwaited.com/use-cases/saas-launch): Add a product launch waitlist to your landing page with one script tag.
