Twelve walk-ins a day. The list opens with the shop.
A daily cap with the shop's hours. Clients join from a QR by the door or your Instagram, pick a service, and see their number for today. Tomorrow starts at zero.
Fade & Fellows
Walk-ins only. Take a number, we'll text you when a chair opens.
Waitlist full
Today's chairs are all taken.
Opens again tomorrow at 8:00 AM
The problem
The walk-in list is a whiteboard and people wait two hours to find out they are not on it
Someone writes their name on the board, goes for lunch, and comes back to find it erased. The phone rings all day with the same question. Booking apps want $30 a month and a card on file for a shop that mostly takes walk-ins.

How it works here
How the list works
Daily cap
Twelve a day, reset at 8:00 AM. The thirteenth sees full and the next opening time.
Shop hours
Opening hours Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Sunday and Monday the form is closed.
QR by the door
The hosted page is the link. Print it on the window and put it in your Instagram bio.
Pick a service
A dropdown for the cut. You see how long the day is before it starts.
Numbered for today
"You're #7 today." Clients go get lunch instead of watching the whiteboard.
Free a chair
Delete a no-show from your phone and the next person can join.
Why it holds up
What matters most
The whiteboard cannot be erased
Entries live in a database with a time and a number. The dashboard is the board.
The closed state answers the phone
"Opens again tomorrow at 8:00 AM" is the answer to most calls.
No card on file, no monthly booking fee
Free for unlimited waitlists and 100 signups a month. Starter is $10 a month for 2,500, Pro $20 for 5,000.
Works from a phone between cuts
Pause, raise the cap, or delete a no-show without leaving the chair.
FAQ

Can clients book a specific time?
