Step 1: create the list
Sign in with the code we email you, click New waitlist, and give it a name. You get a slug, a hosted page, and a form with the email field already in place. Optional: set a capacity, pick a color, add a field.
Step 2: pick where it lives
No website? Share the hosted page: your logo, title, description, footer, and social links on unwaited.com, plus a QR code for the counter. Have a site? The Share tab shows a script tag, an iframe, a curl command, and a plain HTML form. The script tag is the one most people want:
<script src="https://unwaited.com/embed/v1.js" data-unwaited="your-slug" async></script>
Step 3: paste it anywhere
Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Carrd, or the body of a Next.js page: anywhere you can add an embed block or custom HTML. The tag injects an iframe that sizes itself to the form and reports submissions back to your page as a browser event. Self-hosted in seconds, with nothing to install.
What happens after the first signup
You get an email with the person's number and their answers. The dashboard shows the list in order with search and CSV export. On Pro, a signed webhook fires per signup so Slack, Zapier, or your own script hears about it within seconds.
