For food trucks

Thirty plates a day. The QR is on the window.

A daily cap with no fixed hours, because your hours change with the lot. Open the list when you park, pause it when you sell out, and the count resets tomorrow.

The problem

The line at the window is a guess and the special sells out by 12:30

You post today's location on Instagram and people ask in the comments if the brisket is still on. The clipboard at the window gets rained on. When you sell out, thirty people are still walking over from the office because nobody told them.

The recipe

Exactly what the button sets up

Capacity, reset time, opening hours, and the form fields. It is a starting point, not a cage. Every value is editable in Settings and the builder.

How it works here

How the list works

Daily cap

Thirty names a day, reset at 10:00 AM. The 31st person sees sold out.

No fixed hours

Leave opening hours off. Pause from the dashboard when you close the window.

QR on the truck

The hosted page is the link. Print it on the window and the menu board.

Pick a plate

A multiple-choice field for the plate. You see the split before you fire the grill.

Numbered for today

"You're #14 today." Customers show it at the window.

Yesterday is gone

The all-time list stays in the export. The form only shows today.

Why it holds up

What matters most

Works from a phone in the cab

The dashboard is a web page. Pause, raise the cap, or delete a no-show between orders.

The count is honest

Thirty means thirty, even when an office of 200 clicks at 11:58.

Nobody walks over for nothing

The sold-out message says so before they leave their desk.

Same link every lot

The location changes. The QR does not.

FAQ

Questions people here ask

Can it text people when their plate is ready?

No. Unwaited does not send SMS. Customers show their number at the window and you call it out.

Can I take payment in the form?

No. Take payment at the window as you do now.

Can I change the menu each day?

Edit the plate options in the form builder. The link stays the same.
