Each feature gets a page that says what problem it solves, how the setting works, which plans include it, and shows it on a live form.
Capacity per day, week, or month
You can seat ten a night, bake forty loaves a day, or take twenty into Tuesday's class. A normal form does not know that.

Opening hours
Preorders should stop at 10:00 AM when the dough is shaped. Class registration should open the evening before, not at midnight.

Eight mini sessions on a Saturday, five families each. The 10:30 fills first and a plain dropdown keeps offering it.

Position numbers
"Am I on the list?" is the message you answer forty times a week. A Google Form gives people nothing back.

Not everyone has a website, and the ones who do would rather not touch it. You need a link you can put in a bio, a post, a text, or a QR code that just works..
All plans. The "Powered by Unwaited" badge is shown on Free and Starter and removed on Pro.
Embeds
You have a site on Webflow, Squarespace, WordPress, or plain HTML and want the form there, in your colors, without a developer. And it should not break when you edit the form next week..
All plans. Allowed domains require Pro. Optional attributes: data-target to render into a chosen element, data-height for the initial height.
Webhooks and API
You want signups in Slack, a sheet, your CRM, or your own database without exporting every morning. And when you build your own form, the server should still keep the count honest..
The API and API keys are on all plans. Webhooks require Starter or Pro. Limits: 32 KB bodies, 10 submits per minute per IP per waitlist, 120 per minute per waitlist.
CSV export
The list is yours. You need it in a spreadsheet to plan the bake, confirm sessions in order, or send invites from your email tool, and you need it with every answer, not just the emails..

People who join want proof. A number on a screen disappears when they close the tab, and then they message you to ask if they are still on the list.
