CSV export

Export your waitlist to CSV with every field

The list is yours. You need it in a spreadsheet to plan the bake, confirm sessions in order, or send invites from your email tool, and you need it with every answer, not just the emails.

Plans: All plans.

How it works

What the setting does

One click from the entries page

Open the waitlist, go to Entries, and click Export CSV. The file streams, so a list with tens of thousands of rows downloads fine.

Every field, across every form version

Columns are position, email, status, created_at, then one column per field key you have ever had on the form. Renamed or removed fields still export for the rows that used them.

In position order

Rows come out in the order people joined, so you can confirm from the top down.

Entries are never dropped by plan

Every plan keeps every entry. The only thing that deletes entries is your own retention setting, or you.

FAQ

Questions

Can I export just today's list?

The export is the whole list. Sort or filter by created_at in your spreadsheet, or read the window from the position column, which restarts each day, week, or month when you use a periodic capacity.

Does it include people who left?

Yes, with status cancelled. Served entries are marked served. Removed entries are gone.

Can I sync to Google Sheets automatically?

Not directly. On Starter and Pro, point a webhook at Zapier or Make and append a row per signup.

Set it once. The form does the rest.

Free for 100 signups a month. Unlimited waitlists on every plan.
