How to use it

Plan availability: CSV export is available on all plans. Deleted records and records removed by retention cannot be recovered by upgrading.

  1. Export from your page’s records

    For a Standard list, open Entries and choose Export CSV. Queues, Bookings, and Preorders have their own exports with the columns for those workflows.

  2. Keep the answers with each record

    Standard columns include position, email, status, created_at, custom field keys, and notified_at. Field keys from previous form versions remain included.

  3. Filter in your spreadsheet

    Standard exports include available entries in overall position order. Filter by created_at or status in your spreadsheet. Held Standard details are excluded until unlocked.

Before you set it up

Is position the number for today’s window?

The Standard CSV position column contains the overall position. It does not include a separate window-position column.

Does it include people who left?

Standard cancelled and served entries remain in the export with their status, unless deleted, removed by retention, or held. Held rows are excluded.

Can I sync to a spreadsheet automatically?

For Standard and Preorders, Starter and Pro webhooks can send supported events to an automation you configure. Downloading a CSV itself does not establish an automatic sync.
