Restaurants and supper clubs

The waitlist app for restaurants, chef's counters, and supper clubs

Ten seats a night, a Sunday-night supper club capped at 24, a list that opens at 6:00 AM Tuesday to Saturday. Guests join from a QR code on the door or a link in your bio and see their number for tonight.

The problem

What goes wrong for restaurants and supper clubs

The host stand runs on a notebook

The phone rings through prep, DMs pile up, and the count is whatever the last person wrote down.

A full night looks like a dead form

Guests fill in a form that never says no, then hear back hours later that tonight was gone by lunch.

Every dinner is a new signup sheet

A supper club with a new form each month, a new link each time, and no way to tell who was first.

Ready-made waitlists

The recipes restaurants and supper clubs use

Each one is a ready-made waitlist with the capacity, hours, and fields a real operator would set. Sign in, one click, and it is live.

Why Unwaited

Built for this line, not a generic form

  • Capacity per day with a reset at 5:00 AM, so tonight's list stays tonight's even when service ends after midnight.
  • Opening hours and a closed screen that says "Opens again tomorrow at 6:00 AM" in the guest's time zone.
  • A QR code with your logo that points at the same page forever, plus a phone and party-size field on the form.

FAQ

Questions

Does it text guests when their table is ready?

No. Unwaited takes names before people arrive and enforces the cap. It does not run a live host stand with SMS paging. Call or text guests from the phone number they gave you.

Can a guest cancel?

Yes. The confirmation email links to a status page with a leave button. The seat frees up immediately.

Can I cap a single dinner and then reuse the list?

Yes. Set a total capacity for the event, and when the next one comes, remove the old entries or raise the cap. The link and QR code stay the same.
