Do you send text messages?

No. Guests check their place on a private status page. There is no SMS paging.

Can I add someone without an email?

Yes. Staff can add a walk-in without an email and call them in person. Guests joining online provide their name and email.

Does capacity count people or parties?

Parties. One person or a group uses one queue place. You can still see each party’s size.

Can customers book a time in advance?

Queues give people a turn when you’re ready to serve them. Choose Bookings when people should reserve a time or place in advance.
