What free actually includes
Free is not a stripped-down demo. It is the same product with a monthly signup number attached:
- Unlimited waitlists, kept for as long as you want them.
- 300 signups a month, and the form itself never stops taking names after that — it just changes what happens on your side.
- 8 custom fields, the hosted page, embeds, the API, and an email to you and to every joiner.
Where the line actually is
Past your included signups, the form keeps working: everyone still gets a number and a confirmation. What changes is your side — turn on paid overage to keep getting notified as usual, or the extras are held until you do or move up a plan. Webhooks, file uploads, and turning off the Unwaited badge are paid features; taking signups is not.
Getting started costs nothing to try
Pick a ready-made template or start from a blank form, set a capacity if you want one, and paste the link or the script tag into your site. If you never upgrade, nothing you built stops working.
