Usage and grace periods
One monthly allowance per account, optional paid extras, and one 120-hour operational grace period for walk-in queues and preorder batches.
Your monthly allowance
The allowance covers all your pages together, not each page separately. It renews at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month, including on annual subscriptions. A signup counts when accepted; deleting it or having the person leave does not refund the count.

What happens at the allowance
The next uncovered signup is number 301 on Free, 3001 on Starter, or 15001 on Pro. A Standard signup can still be accepted, but its details are held from the owner until covered. A held row does not become visible merely because a new month begins. The joiner receives the private status link on screen; customer confirmation email, when the plan includes it, waits until the row is released.
Walk-in queue tickets and preorder orders follow the operational grace rule below. An uncovered new admission after grace expires is paused. Previously accepted tickets and orders remain usable. A separate abuse ceiling and each page's configured capacity, stock, or hours can also stop admission independently of the monthly allowance.
Optional extra signups
With a card and extra signups enabled, each started block of 1,000 costs $5 per 1,000 on Free or $2 per 1,000 on Starter and Pro. The default monthly spend cap is $15 on Free and $25 on paid plans. You can choose a lower cap. Once the cap has no room for the next block, Standard entries are held and new operational admissions use grace if it is available; otherwise they pause.
For example, at $2 per started 1,000, 12,000 extras cost $24. A $25 cap covers those 12 blocks; a 13th block would cost $26 and cannot be admitted under that cap. On Free, the $15 default covers at most three $5 blocks, subject to the separate 3,000 signup abuse ceiling.
Covered usage postpones the start of grace. Turning on extras before the first uncovered queue ticket or preorder order means the grace clock has not started. Grace admissions themselves are never billed retroactively.
One operational grace period
The first valid queue or preorder admission that is outside the included allowance and cannot be covered by extras starts one 120-hour clock for the entire account. Queues and preorder batches share it. It starts only after submission validation and capacity checks succeed. It cannot be restarted for a new page, a new month, or a plan change.
If it starts October 10 at 14:00 UTC, it ends October 15 at 14:00 UTC. At exactly that time, uncovered new queue tickets and preorder orders pause. If October 1 or November 1 falls within the clock, the monthly allowance renews, but the deadline stays the same. Fresh included allowance or available extras can cover new admissions even after the deadline.
When the 120 hours have been used, an upgrade with enough remaining monthly allowance admits the next order or ticket. An upgrade whose new allowance is already exhausted does not. Paying for extras within the cap also admits them. Previously accepted operational records remain accessible and manageable throughout.
Cross-month and upgrade examples
- A Free account reaches 300 on September 30. Its first uncovered preorder at 23:00 UTC starts grace. At October 1, the Free allowance renews, but that same grace deadline remains five days after its original start.
- A Starter account uses 3,000 in October, then enables extras with a $25 cap. Its next 12,000 extra signups can be covered for $24. An additional started block is uncovered and may use remaining grace or pause.
- A Free account with 500 October signups upgrades to Starter. The new 3,000 monthly allowance leaves room for more admissions and can release held Standard entries within that headroom. If the account had already used 3,000 that month, the upgrade alone would leave no new headroom.
- A yearly Pro subscription still receives 15,000 included signups each UTC calendar month. Annual payment does not combine twelve allowances into one pool or defer extra signup invoices for a year.
Downgrading does not strand orders already awaiting approval: their owner controls and essential messages remain available. New Free orders accept immediately and do not send a customer confirmation email.
