What counts as one signup?

One accepted signup, queue ticket, preorder, booking, or recurring enrollment. An order with several items counts once; later lessons in an enrollment do not count again.

Your page's capacity is separate: it limits entries, waiting parties, product units, or dated places. Renewing your monthly allowance does not change your configured capacity.

If you reach your signup allowance

The customer can still join and gets a private link. Their details are locked from you until released through an upgrade or extra signup coverage. A new month alone does not unlock them.

For queues, preorders, and bookings

Your first uncovered request starts a one-time five-day grace period. After that, new requests need available allowance or paid extras. Previously accepted customers keep their status links.

Extra signups are optional: $10 per 1,000 on Free or $5 per 1,000 on paid plans, billed monthly per started block. Normal signup notifications are included where your plan enables them. Choose a monthly spending limit. A card and your opt-in are required. Full capacity, opening hours, and abuse limits still apply. See examples and extra signup rates →

Questions about billing

What counts as one signup?

One accepted signup, queue ticket, preorder, booking, or recurring enrollment counts once. An order with several items still counts once. Later lessons in an enrollment do not count again. Leaving, cancelling, or deleting does not refund usage.

What happens when I use my included allowance?

If your allowance and paid extras do not cover the next request, all form types share one five-day grace period for the lifetime of your account. Signups accepted during grace stay visible and are never charged retroactively. After grace, new uncovered Signup details are locked, while queues, preorders, and bookings pause new uncovered requests. Accepted customers keep their status links. A new month does not unlock locked Signup details.

Will I be charged automatically for extra signups?

Only if you add a card and enable extra signups. They cost $10 per 1,000 on Free or $5 per 1,000 on paid plans, per started block. Your starting monthly extra-spend cap is $15 on Free or $25 on paid plans, and you can lower it. Grace-period requests are never billed retroactively.

Is monthly usage the same as page capacity?

No. Your monthly allowance covers the whole account and renews at 00:00 UTC on the first of the month. Page capacity controls entries, waiting parties, product units, or dated places. A sold-out product or full session can stop new requests even when you have account allowance left. Opening hours and a separate abuse ceiling also apply.

What changes with yearly billing?

You pay $300 a year for Starter or $500 for Pro, equivalent to ten monthly payments. Your included signup allowance still renews each month. Optional extras are invoiced separately at month end.

What happens if I downgrade?

Your pages and records remain. On Free, new preorders confirm immediately and new confirmation emails and uploads are unavailable. Existing pending orders remain manageable, and essential notices for existing orders and bookings continue. Webhooks require Starter or Pro; removing Unwaited branding requires Pro. Your own retention and deletion settings still apply.

Does Unwaited collect payments from my customers?

No. These plans cover your Unwaited account. Arrange customer payments through your existing process. Unwaited does not provide checkout, SMS, external calendar availability sync, or automatic overflow waitlists.
