Questions about billing
What happens when I pass 100 signups in a month on Free?
Your forms read as full until the 1st. Nothing is lost: every entry stays, the API answers 409 waitlist_full with reason plan_limit, and you get one email when the cap is hit. Upgrade and signups resume immediately.
Do you ever delete or hide my signups?
No. Every plan keeps every entry, with no history window. The only thing that removes entries is you: deleting them, or setting a retention period on a waitlist.
Do deleted or expired entries count toward the monthly cap?
No. The cap counts entries that exist and were created this calendar month, UTC.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. Starter is $10 a month or $100 a year, Pro is $20 a month or $200 a year. Yearly is two months free.
What happens if I downgrade?
You keep every waitlist and entry. Features above your new plan stop: webhooks pause, file fields stop accepting uploads, and the badge comes back below Pro. Cancel any time from the Stripe portal.
