Gyms and studios

The waitlist app for gyms, studios, and class schedules

Twenty spots in the 6:00 AM class, forty across the week, registration that opens the evening before. Unwaited counts each class, closes it when it fills, and starts over on your schedule. Members join from a link and get a number, an email, and a way to drop out.

The problem

What goes wrong for gyms and studios

The class fills in the group chat

Registration happens in WhatsApp or the DMs. Nobody knows if they are in, and you count replies before every session.

No-shows hold spots

Someone books Tuesday, does not come, and does not tell you. The spot is gone for the person who wanted it.

Every week you rebuild the form

A Google Form for each class, duplicated on Sunday night, with last week's names still in the sheet.

Ready-made waitlists

The recipes gyms and studios use

Each one is a ready-made waitlist with the capacity, hours, and fields a real operator would set. Sign in, one click, and it is live.

Why Unwaited

Built for this line, not a generic form

  • Capacity per day or per week with an overnight registration window: open 6:00 PM the evening before, close 5:00 PM on class day, reset with the window.
  • A Time slot field with a cap per class, so Monday 7:00 AM and Wednesday 6:30 PM fill separately on one form.
  • Members get a confirmation email with a status link and can leave the line themselves, which frees the spot right away.

FAQ

Questions

Does it replace my membership software?

No. It takes names for classes with limited spots and enforces the cap. Billing, memberships, and check-in stay where they are.

Can members cancel themselves?

Yes. The confirmation email links to a status page with a leave button. Leaving frees the spot for the next person.

Does it send reminders before class?

No. Joiners get a confirmation when they sign up and a "your turn" email if you send one. There are no scheduled reminders or SMS.
