Why it exists

I lost signups once. Not to a crash: to a form tool that kept the most recent responses and quietly let the older ones fall off the end of its history. The people at the front of the line, the ones who had waited longest, were the ones that disappeared. Nobody was told; I found out when someone asked why they had not heard back.

That is the whole reason this product exists. A line has rules a form does not: one person per number, full means full, and the count belongs to the person running it. Unwaited assigns each position inside a database lock so two people never get the same number, stops at the cap you set, and keeps every signup until you decide otherwise. There is no history limit on any plan.

Who it is for

Anyone with limited spots and no wish to run a spreadsheet: gym classes, bakery preorders, walk-ins, drops, events, beta lists, photo sessions. Pick a ready-made waitlist or build your own. People reserve a spot, take a number, or book a slot. You get back to work.

What a one-person company means for you

• Email goes to the person who wrote the code. Reply times are measured in hours, not tickets.
• The free plan is free for good: unlimited waitlists and 100 signups a month. Paid plans exist so the service can, too.
• No sales calls, no contracts, no per-seat pricing. The pricing page is the whole story.
• There is no uptime guarantee in writing. There is a small, carefully run service and a plain set of terms.
