How to use it

Plan availability: All plans. Monthly account allowances are separate from your page’s capacity: 100 on Free, 3,000 on Starter, and 10,000 on Pro.

  1. Choose your count

    Set a total, daily, weekly, or monthly capacity. One Standard submission uses one place, regardless of answers about party size or product quantity.

  2. Set the reset time

    Choose the list’s time zone and reset time. A daily limit of 10 at 5:00 AM starts a fresh window each morning. Previous entries remain in your records.

  3. Publish the change

    Capacity changes stay in your private draft until you publish. Cancellation or deletion frees a place in the same window; marking a Standard entry served does not.

Before you set it up

Is this a limit on seats or product units?

It counts Standard signup records. A party-size answer does not reserve that many seats. Use Queue for active parties, Bookings for dated sessions, or Preorders for product quantities.

What happens when my monthly allowance runs out?

All form types share one lifetime five-day account grace period. After it ends, new uncovered Standard details are held on the owner’s side while customers still receive their number and private link. Extra signups or an eligible upgrade can unlock them. Time alone does not unlock a held entry. An abuse ceiling can stop new signups.

Can I collect signups for a future day?

Lead days shift the signup’s capacity window forward. They do not create dated bookings or a recurring commitment.
