Schedule: Tuesday 6:00 PM to Wednesday 5:00 PM, America/Chicago. The customer’s next-opening display uses their local time.

How to use it

Plan availability: All plans. Opening hours control intake; capacity and monthly account usage are separate checks.

  1. Choose when intake opens

    Set weekdays and opening and closing times in the page’s time zone. A one-off opening and closing date can take priority over the weekly schedule.

  2. Run overnight if you need to

    An opening time of 6:00 PM and a closing time of 5:00 PM creates an overnight window. For example, Tuesday’s opening can run into Wednesday afternoon.

  3. Publish, then let the schedule run

    Outside the hours, customers see your closed message and the next opening in their local time. Pausing the page is a separate immediate action; reopening lets its schedule apply again.

Before you set it up

Does closing intake cancel existing signups?

No. It stops new submissions. Existing records and private status links remain available, and you can continue serving customers.

Are opening hours appointment times?

No. They define when people can submit. Use Bookings to offer dated sessions and appointments.

Does a daily capacity reset when the page opens?

Only when you configure the reset that way. Set the capacity reset time to match your opening time if you want those windows to line up.
