How to use it

  1. Make the page yours

    Edit the title, description, logo, form, and theme in the page editor. Saved changes stay in a private draft until you publish.

  2. Share its address

    Use your account handle and page path, or the permanent /f/form-id link. Customers can open the page without signing in.

  3. Explain the next step

    Your workflow determines the result: a Standard signup, Queue ticket, Booking, or Preorder. Customers receive their own private status destination, without seeing anyone else’s answers.

Before you set it up

Can I use my own domain?

Custom hosted domains are not available. You can embed the form on your own website instead.

Can I prepare the page privately?

Yes. New pages start as drafts. Publish when you are ready; later edits stay private until you publish them too.

Can customers see the full list?

No. Public pages do not expose other customers’ names, emails, or answers. A private status link gives access to that customer’s record.
