Waitlist QR code for the door, the counter, and the menu

People are standing in front of you. They should not have to find your website. A QR code on the door takes them straight to the form, and the form knows whether tonight is full.

Plans: All plans.

How it works

What the setting does

Every waitlist has one

Open the Share tab and the Link and QR section shows the code for your hosted page. Download it as an SVG, so it prints sharp at any size.

Put your logo in the middle

Set a logo on the Page tab and tick the logo option. The code uses high error correction and a white plate under the logo so phones still read it.

It never changes

The code points at your hosted page. Change the capacity, the hours, the fields, or the design and the same printed code keeps working. Renaming your account handle does not break it either.

What the joiner sees

The hosted form on their phone: open, full with the next opening time, or closed outside your hours. No app, no account, a number when they submit.

FAQ

Questions

What format is the QR code?

SVG by default, with a size option from 256 to 2048 pixels. Print it or drop it in a menu design.

Can one QR code cover several lists?

One code per waitlist. If you run a lunch list and a dinner list, print two codes, or use a Time slot field on one list.

Does the code work if I change the form later?

Yes. It points at the page, not the form version. Edits go live on save.

Set it once. The form does the rest.

Free for 100 signups a month. Unlimited waitlists on every plan.
