For yoga and pilates studios

Forty mats a week. The list opens Sunday at eight.

A weekly capacity that resets on the day and time you choose. Students pick a class and see their number for the week. When the week fills, the form says when next week opens.

The problem

The week's schedule goes out Sunday and the inbox fills by Monday

You email the schedule, students reply to claim a mat, and you keep a tally in a spreadsheet. Someone always books a class that filled an hour ago. Booking software wants a monthly fee and a contract for a studio with three classes a week.

The recipe

Exactly what the button sets up

Capacity, reset time, opening hours, and the form fields. It is a starting point, not a cage. Every value is editable in Settings and the builder.

Recipe

How it works here

How the list works

Weekly capacity

Forty per week. The reset day and time are yours: Sunday at 8:00 PM here.

Pick a class

A dropdown listing the week's classes. Export by class to see who is on which mat.

Numbered per week

"You're #9 this week." All-time numbers stay in the export.

Ask about experience

A multiple-choice field for level, so the teacher knows who is new.

Send it to your calendar tool

On Pro, webhook each signup into Zapier, Make, or a script that adds them to the roster.

Edit the classes weekly

Change the dropdown options when the schedule changes. The link stays the same.

Why it holds up

What matters most

It never overfills

The fortieth mat goes to exactly one person, even when the schedule email lands and everyone clicks.

The full state sells next week

"Opens again Sunday at 8:00 PM" turns a no into a plan.

No new form on Sunday night

The window rolls over on its own. You look at the dashboard on Monday.

It looks like the studio

Serif font, soft background, a calm accent. Tokens, set once.

FAQ

Questions people here ask

Can each class have its own cap?

One capacity per waitlist. For a per-class cap, create a waitlist per class and put all three links on one page.

Does deleting a cancelled student free a mat?

Yes. The count is derived from entries, so removing one reopens a spot for the week.

Can I collect class fees?

No. Unwaited does not take payments. Use the export to send payment links or charge at the door.
