Quick answer: Unwaited now runs live walk-in queues. The decision is whether you need SMS, kiosk check-in, table assignment, or floorplans beyond that queue. See the Unwaited queue workflow.
Compare the service you need
Waitlist Me's US plan page lists customer texting, a reservations calendar, and kiosk check-in. Table/resource management and floorplans appear on higher tiers. Its pricing varies by billing term and includes messaging terms, so check the country you serve before estimating cost. Waitlist Me's current US plans
Unwaited gives a party a stable ticket code and a private page showing its status and parties ahead. Staff call the party, serve it, mark it no-show, or remove it. Guests can check their status without an account. There is no SMS or table-assignment system.

Separate a live line from a reservation
A queue cap is the maximum number of active parties. Party-size answers do not allocate seats, and serving a party frees its queue place. Do not use a cap of ten to promise ten restaurant seats.
For an activity or appointment at a specific time, Bookings reserves places in dated sessions. That is a separate page and does not coordinate restaurant tables or external calendars. For collecting interest before announcing dates, use Signups. For reserving products from stock, use Preorders.
Check the monthly allowance separately
Free includes 100 signups per calendar month across all pages. Starter includes 3,000 and Pro 10,000. New customer confirmation emails and uploads start on Starter; Pro adds badge removal and allowed domains. Starter and Pro also support signed webhooks for Standard signups and preorders, not queue or booking events.
Queues pause new uncovered admissions after the account's one-time grace period expires. Accepted tickets remain usable. Standard signup pages instead hold uncovered entries from the owner, and time alone does not unlock them. Records follow owner retention and deletion settings. Read the usage guide.
