Why Unwaited

Built for this line, not a generic form

  • Capacity per day with a reset time and lead days, so Saturday's form fills Monday's list and the customer sees "#12 for Monday".
  • Opening hours in your time zone. At 10:01 the form is closed and says when it opens again.

Questions

Can customers pay online?

No. Unwaited does not take payments. Take payment at pickup or send a link from your POS.

Does the cap count loaves or orders?

Orders. Set the cap to the number of orders you can fill, or limit the quantity field to one.

Can I run separate lists for bread and pastries?

Yes. Every plan has unlimited waitlists. Or put a Time slot field on one list and give each product its own cap.
