Steps
Where it goes in Notion
Takes a few minutes. Nothing to install on your side; the form loads from Unwaited and keeps the cap, hours, and numbers there.
Copy the hosted link
Open your waitlist, go to Share, then Link and QR, and copy the hosted page address.
Add an Embed block
In Notion type /embed, pick Embed, and paste the hosted link. Notion shows the page inside the block. Drag the bottom edge to make it tall enough for the form.
Or add a button
Type /button, name it Join the waitlist, and set the action to Open page or URL with the hosted link. Buttons work on published Notion sites too.

Questions
Can I embed the form with ?embed=1?
Yes. Paste the hosted link with ?embed=1 into the Embed block to hide the page header and show only the form.
Can signups land in a Notion database?
Not directly. On Starter and Pro, send a webhook to Zapier or Make and create a Notion page per signup.
Does the form know it is inside Notion?
It behaves like any iframe: the joiner sees the number and gets the confirmation email. Nothing is sent to Notion.
