Questions about parent–teacher conferences
Can two families book the same time?
Each time has one place. Once booked, it is no longer available. The booking is checked again when a parent confirms.
Can a parent book for more than one child?
A parent can book different times using the same email address. Submit a separate booking with each child’s name.
Will parents receive an email?
All parents get a private booking link on screen. Starter and Pro can also send confirmation emails. There are no scheduled reminders or SMS messages.
Does it coordinate a whole school’s calendars?
No. Each teacher uses a separate page. Unwaited does not check for conflicts between different teachers, rooms, or pages.
