Questions

Can Unwaited call the next person in line?

Yes. The walk-in queue dashboard lets you call, serve, mark no-show, or remove a party. Calling sends an email when the guest has an address. There is no SMS.

Does Unwaited do appointments?

Bookings use dated sessions with capacity and support single bookings or recurring enrollment. Standard signup pages can also use simple slot labels with caps. Unwaited does not sync external calendars or assign staff and resources.

What does the free plan include?

Unlimited pages, 100 signups per month shared across your account, embeds, hosted pages, QR codes, API, CSV, and on-screen private status links. Confirmation emails require Starter or Pro.
