Capacity and monthly usage are separate. A full page, session, or product stops accepting new places or orders. Monthly signup allowances are shared across your account. Uncovered standard signups are held for the owner; queues, preorders, and bookings pause new admissions after the account’s one-time grace period. Accepted customers keep their status links. How to move from Web3Forms

  1. Step 1

    Export what is still in your Web3Forms history as CSV before the window closes on it.

  2. Step 2

    Create a waitlist from the template closest to your form and add your fields in the builder.

  3. Step 3

    Replace the form's action with the Unwaited script tag, or keep your form and POST it to the public API with an API key.

Questions

Can I keep my existing HTML form and post to Unwaited?

Yes. POST to the public entries endpoint with an API key, or paste the script tag and let it render the form. Validation and the cap apply either way.

Does Unwaited delete submissions on the free plan?

Free has no plan-based history expiry. Entries can be removed through deletion or the retention period you set on a page.

Does Unwaited email the person who submitted?

Yes, on Starter and Pro when you enable confirmation emails for that page. Standard signup confirmations include a number and private status link. Free still shows the private link on screen.
