Signup list · Counts submissions

Events and pop-ups signup template

Collect event registrations and guest details in one list.

Each accepted submission uses one place in the list. Party size, product quantity, or other answers do not multiply the places used.

Need dated reservations? Explore Bookings

Let people reserve a real date or appointment. This signup template collects answers; time choices are labels, not dated bookings or recurring enrollments.

Edit and preview without an account. Sign in to save your page, then publish when ready.

This design has 5 blocks and fits Free’s 5-block limit. Added questions and content count toward that limit. Compare plans.

What this setup does

  • Collects email and 2 additional answers. Review and export available signups from your dashboard.
  • Accepts up to 200 in total counted submissions. Cancellation frees capacity; marking a signup served does not.
  • Shows a private status link after signup. Starter and Pro can also email a confirmation.

Make it yours

Change the sample business name, questions, colors, and opening hours in the editor. Review every promise in the customer-facing copy before publishing.

In your dashboard, edits save to a private draft. Publish applies those changes to the customer page. Payments and invitations stay in your existing tools.

Before you start

Can I try it before getting access?

Yes. Open the editor to change the template and preview your design without an account. Publishing requires an eligible owner account.

Does a larger party or quantity use more places?

No. This template creates a Standard signup list. Each submission holds one place, regardless of quantity answers. Use Queues for waiting parties, Bookings for dated places, and Preorders for product stock.

What happens when the monthly allowance runs out?

The monthly account allowance is separate from this template’s capacity. Uncovered Standard signups are held from the owner until covered by paid extras or an upgrade. Customers still get their number and private link, subject to capacity, opening hours, and abuse limits. Time alone does not unlock held details.

Can I change the page later?

Yes. Edit your private draft, review the preview, and publish the changes. Existing signup records remain. Check your plan’s block allowance before adding more questions or content.
