Questions
Does Unwaited show a live position that ticks down?
The status page shows the number and how many are ahead when the joiner opens it. It does not push live updates to the phone the way a walk-in queue app does.
Do guests need an account?
No. They fill in the form and get a number. Only the business signs in.
Is Unwaited free too?
Yes, for 100 signups a month with unlimited waitlists. Starter is $10 a month for 2,500.
Can I run both?
Yes, and some venues do: Unwaited for the list people join ahead of time with a cap and hours, and a walk-in queue at the door for the people who turn up.
