Apartment showings signup template
Collect viewing requests and preferred showing times.
Each accepted submission uses one place in the list. Party size, product quantity, or other answers do not multiply the places used.
Let people reserve a real date or appointment. This signup template collects answers; time choices are labels, not dated bookings or recurring enrollments.

What this setup does
- Collects email and 4 additional answers. Review and export available signups from your dashboard.
- Accepts up to 18 in total counted submissions. Cancellation frees capacity; marking a signup served does not.
- Shows a private status link after signup. Starter and Pro can also email a confirmation.
- Limits each time-slot choice separately. These are reusable labels, not real calendar dates or a coordinated appointment schedule.
Make it yours
Change the sample business name, questions, colors, and opening hours in the editor. Review every promise in the customer-facing copy before publishing.
In your dashboard, edits save to a private draft. Publish applies those changes to the customer page. Payments and invitations stay in your existing tools.
