One active place per party

A waiting or called party holds one place. Staff can call, begin service, mark no-show, or record a guest leaving. Ended tickets free capacity.

Keep the code private

Each guest gets a private status link on screen. Queue tickets also have a short staff code; that code is not the private status token.

Account coverage stays separate

Monthly included signups and optional extras cover account usage. The first valid uncovered queue admission starts one shared 120-hour account grace period; already accepted tickets remain usable.
